True Love

Okay this idea was (re)sparked by one of the movies I saw yesterday in theaters: Valentine's Day.

A few months ago or a year ago, well I don't know, I had a dream.

It was of two lovers. They couldn't be together. You know why?

Because they were both men.

You see I saw true love between these men.

But somewhere along the year or months, I kind of lost sight with that true love.

That is, until I saw Valentine's Day.

*SPOILER ALERT*

Valentine's Day is deeper than I thought it was. I saw straight couples break up and make up, and yes, there was true love.

Then I saw a gay couple. But it wasn't your 'stereotypical' gay couple; it was just two normal men (ahem, Eric Dane and the very sexy Bradley Cooper). They actually showed love for each other. They didn't talk at all, they didn't even kiss, but they showed love for each other. At first I was shocked because I thought he would get with Julia Roberts, but it doesn't matter.

Later, I went on a board (several actually) on IMDb talking about this scene. One person said "the gay people are pushing their agenda on us.'

Whoa. What?

What about the straight people like me? Aren't we pushing our 'straight' agenda on them? Now I call all of this pushing of agenda by two words:

BULL SHIT!

One thing I will never stop fighting for, and it's truly from the heart, not in vain, is true love. I will proudly say I'm straight. So what's stopping the bisexual or homosexual man or woman from declaring their love? At least they can say they can love, while there are those cold heartless people who will never find love because they're too busy stopping people from loving. You know what you assholes? Grow the fuck up! Let everyone love in peace! There are people scared for their lives so they can't love anyone because people are too busy pushing their agenda of hate. It's disgusting.

So. The next time I see a gay pride parade, I will proudly shout my pride for all true love. And the next person to shun any sort of true love, you aren't real people.

Because I have seen with my mind and my heart that any two people can love. My dreams have made me see it and so have movies. Hopefully one day I will find it myself.

One day I will find a Love Pride parade!

All pride for true love!
